The window has always been my connection to this world. In a childhood filled with afterschool classes and homework, the window was an emergency exit to a world of freedom for me. Now, the window become more like a crack for me to peer into the outside world from the safety of my private space. Constantly moving resulted in fuzzy memories of home, but I always remember the scenery beyond the window and my imagination of it—an beautiful yet illusory utopian world I created.
